What is holistic life coaching?

As a holistic life coach, I take a whole-person approach — honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and emotions. I work with clients to identify areas of imbalance or unmet needs, and through practical, supportive tools, I empower them to heal, grow, and create lasting transformation.

Rather than focusing solely on your goals, holistic coaching weaves together your physical well-being, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual values. This integrated approach builds self-awareness, aligns your choices with your deepest values, and strengthens sustainable well-being across all areas of your life.

We explore meaningful questions such as: What matters most to you now? What future do you envision for yourself? Where do you feel stuck? What unconscious patterns might be shaping your relationship with yourself, others, and your life?
Through this inquiry, and the practices that support it, you’ll deepen self-awareness and uncover limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

I will not try to fix you, because you are not broken. My role is to hold a safe, grounded space where you can explore your goals and dreams, and anything standing in the way of them.

My intention is that, by the end of our work together, you feel grounded, empowered, and deeply worthy as you move toward the life you envision for yourself.

Any topic you want to bring to our sessions is welcome. Together we can explore challenges such as relationship difficulties, work-related dissatisfaction, ingrained behavioral patterns, low self-confidence, chronic stress or anxious thinking, destructive thought habits, questions around life purpose, and more.

My approach is trauma-informed and client-led, ensuring that you remain in control throughout the process. The effort you choose to invest will naturally shape the outcomes we are able to achieve together.

For meaningful and sustainable change, I recommend a minimum commitment of six sessions. If you are navigating significant life transitions, we can also discuss a twelve-session package designed to provide deeper, long-term support.

What is mind body education? 

The term Bodymind was coined by neuroscientist Dr. Candace Pert to highlight a profound truth: the mind and body are not separate entities, but deeply interconnected aspects of our human experience. What we think and feel influences our physiology — and, in turn, our bodily state shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This continuous feedback loop between mind and body forms the foundation of holistic wellbeing.

Understanding this connection allows us to see how persistent negative thought patterns or unprocessed emotions can impact not only our mood but our physical health — right down to the cellular level. When we view health through this integrated lens, it becomes clear that mental and emotional wellbeing cannot be separated from physical healing. True wellness requires a holistic approach, one that honors the mind and body as one unified system.

In my work, I guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of this body-mind relationship. Through education, exploration, and somatic practices, we identify and transform subconscious patterns — such as negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and emotional reactivity. As awareness grows, so does the capacity for conscious choice, regulation, and healing.

When appropriate, we also explore the body’s nervous system responses, working with tools and techniques to support self-regulation and restore balance. This process fosters not only response-ability, it also fosters empowerment — helping you come home to yourself with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

I incorporate my knowledge and understanding of the mind body connection into my Holistic Life Coaching sessions, in order to support deep and sustainable change work.

Online one on one sessions:

Holistic Life Coaching: 60 min. 75€
Package of 6 sessions 400€ Package of 12 sessions 780€

Sessions are held on Zoom. Payment must be made before the session by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Cancellation Policy: I request a minimum of 24 hrs notice if a session needs to be cancelled.  Failure to do so will mean the client is responsible for full payment of that session.
